5-Step Residential Painting

Interior & Exterior

On-site Visit & Estimation

We will visit the site (either with you or not) – find out what it is that you wish to achieve and send you an estimation.

Surface Preparation

Proper preparation is key to a durable and professional finish. We clean all surfaces, repair damages and fill imperfections. We sand all surfaces to create a smooth paintable surface and to ensure proper paint adhesion. For exteriors, we address peeling paint, rot and other weather-related wear and tear. If needed, we will arrange for specialised tradies to come and do repairs.

Protection & Masking

We take care to protect all non-painted surfaces, including flooring, furniture, fixtures. Outside plants, paths, decks and non-painted surfaces will be shielded from dust or paint spray. Our team maintains a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.

Painting Application

We use a 3 part system – priming/undercoating followed by two top coats.

Final Review

Any touch-ups needed will be done. We will then go over everything with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied before we pack up!
